The breakfast here is pretty good. They offer hot options along with fruits and yogurt. 🍳 The location is great and really convenient, with plenty of places to grab a bite to eat nearby.

The staff was very freindly and helpful. Hotel was clean safe and comfortable

The location is particularly GOOD with free parking available onsite.

The room was tidy and had useful amenities like hair dryers, shower cap, and towels; the pool area was clean, and the breakfast spread included pastries, fruits.

Other Comfort Inns that I have stayed at offer refreshments in the evening. I was disappointed that this location did not offer that.

Our room was neat with the basics, the bath/shower, microwaves, slept well. It had coffee/tea making equipment, a refrigerator, and a washing machine. The property's location was particularly good, near many places to eat. Comfort Inn South-Medford in Medford provides comfortable rooms with all the essentials for a good night's sleep, including bath/shower, microwaves, and coffee/tea making equipment. Additionally, amenities like a refrigerator and a washing machine are available for convenience. The hotel's location is ideal, situated near various dining options for guests to explore.

the pipes on the third floor where leaking so it sounded like someone was knocking every 3 minutes next door. The whole point of getting a hotel was so that I could arrive day before exam and be well rested, with the leaky pipes this did not happen. I do not plan on staying with Comfort Inn hotels because they gave me the impression of old hotels which choose to forgoe fixing maintinence issues until a pipe bursts so to speak. Next ttime, I'll book a newer hotel so as to not have to risk these kind of issues, I'll probably go with holiday inn express next time, they seem to keep up on maintinence issues. I feel like the leaky/noisy pipes is an issue that has been complained about before, this was likely not the first night and the hotel didn't think it was worth the extra money to fix, welll I don't think it's worth staying at older hotels now. Especially not night before MCAT exam. Lesson learned, never again

The only good thing was the comfortable bed.

The lock didn't work properly to our room, the toilet backed up with no plunger in the room, no screen on our window. I got charged $1.50 for the safe in our room that I didn't ask for nor did a get a combo for. Finally, the coffee pot is located IN the bathroom by the toilet!

The room was great for pets, plus it had a fridge and microwave 🐾. Everything was good here and the location was super central, right in the heart of the town.

Location was great, as it is located just off the freeway & near many restaurants, shopping, etc. It was quiet & not very busy during the week, which was nice.

There were stains on our curtain & a few things in the room broken. We were in a non-smoking room, but the hall smelt like smoke due to smoking rooms on the same floor. Last night we were there, we heard something in our wall moving around that sounded like a mouse or other animal, that was not there the previous 4 nights.

Breakfast area was very clean and staff very nice

The first room we were given had been slept in and not cleaned or someone used the room in an unauthorized manner. Some of the wall covering was in need of gluing down in the changed room. It was an icky feeling to enter a room that was unmade and my first experience like that in 65 years. Staff changed our room right away and was wonderful to interact with.

The hotel is located conveniently next to a park and close to the Oregon area for medical emergencies. There is a Carl's Jr fast food option just a 5-minute walk away. The breakfast offers a variety of hot options including yogurt, fruit, and bacon.

also, location was favourable and magnificent, relatively near the rrrink. i've been here for 1 night, the breakfast was nice hot with coffee and hot options, for instance. super friendly staff, gave a lot of information.

** The swimming pool area is nice, and the warm breakfast with coffee, hot options, and pastries was a lovely touch. The staff members are polite and pleasant, providing excellent service. Great location close to softball fields and nearby restaurants and stores.
